Almost every morning, a few people from our neighbourhood walk down to our beach. I wonder if they realize how perfectly alligned the temperaturen of air and water and the alignment of the earth and sun and moon is at this time.

Tides
7 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2023
Today is the first full day of Spring; we have a new moon. High tide at Ambleside Beach occurred at quarter to seven this morning just as daylight was making its appearance through cloudy skies. The water and air temperature at Ambleside were exactly the same - six degrees centigrade. Today the sun will be up twelve hours and fourteen minutes. For the next six months we will have more daylight than darkness.
